I’m not here for fluff. I’m here for real talk. I created 4Everyone because I got tired of the performative wellness campaigns, the surface-level inclusion trainings, and the corporate culture slideshows that don’t match what people actually live and feel on the job. I’ve spent years working at the intersection of employee well-being, health equity, and organizational change. I know what real engagement looks like—and what it doesn’t.

4Everyone is my unapologetic answer to the silence because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to be laid off and ghosted by the same folks who once said, “We’re like a family here.” I know what it’s like to carry the emotional load of caring for multiple generations while showing up every day to do a job that no longer sees you. I’ve seen how disconnected initiatives lead to disillusioned teams and missed opportunities with the very customers we say we’re trying to serve.

So I built 4Everyone to cut through the noise. This isn’t a magazine chasing trends. It’s built on lived experience, backed by research, and committed to reshaping how we think about culture, health, and connection at work and in life. It’s where stories, flavors, and shared experiences remind us that we’re all human, and that belonging isn’t a buzzword.

About Dr. Dru

Dr. Dru Bhattacharya, DMSc, JD, MPH, LLM, MSc, EMBA is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of 4Everyone; and is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, Georgetown Law School, Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Michigan State University, and the University of Chicago. He has won national awards as an executive while building employee culture and served as a former professor in programs of nursing, law, public health, and medicine. He is the proud spouse of a healthcare professional and veteran, and currently resides with his wife, kids, and their dog in Arizona.
